The 2017 dates for all of our Support Groups, Walk and Talk Groups and Friendship/Social Groups are all available to view online. Please visit our Support section for full details of the dates, times and locations. We have also added an interactive map facility to each page to allow you to plan your journey in advance. Due to their popularity we have added some new groups and locations to the list.
The Support Groups offer friendly support and help with emotional, practical and social needs. The purpose of these groups is to provide a time and place where you will be able to meet with other people who are experiencing the pain of bereavement and will have some understanding of how you may feel.
Remember we also offer Walk and Talk Groups. At the present time they only operate in some areas, but are designed to help bereaved people who would like to be on the move, while having the opportunity to talk to other bereaved people or a professional counsellor.
